  • 1 tsp grated ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper (adjust to taste)

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 (12 oz) pack smoked sausage, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp  butter

  • 1 tsp cornstarch
